Apartment Review for Edina Towers

The Office Staff Is Great. They Are Always Willing To Go Above And Beyond. The Apartments Themselves Although Are Older They Are Taken Care Of Well! I say if you are looking for a place to live a long time, move here.
I have lived here for several years and have found no good reason to move.
There is a security entrances, though on occasion the door is left propped open by a rug. When I see this I will usually close the door.

Parking spots are numbered for residents although guest parking is pretty limited in front of the building. But they are pretty quick to plow and shovel after it snows!
Management is fairly new and she really is changing this place for the better.
The office workers are all new now & very friendly & much more mature & professional than the last group.

Maintenance requests are usually serviced within the same say. Plus the maintenance guys Steve & Al take pride and making residents happy (good old fashioned work ethic).
Noise is minimal. On occasion I will hear noise coming from a unit when walking down the hallway but with Concrete floors, it's solid.
Overall the value is acceptable. There are cheaper places in Edina that are not as nice and there are also more expensive places. You get what you pay for, Edina Towers has history and it's a diverse community.
