Great Maintenance And Management!

I have lived here for a couple of years and love my home. The grounds are beautiful and kept up - very clean. Maintenance is wonderful - things get fixed within a day or so. Management is kind and helpful. There are a few inspections during the year but maintenance finds things I don't notice - I am glad they keep my house in good working order. Parking is limited outside but I USE my 2 car garage that is attached. The neighborhood is great -virtually no crime and I love the Edina school district. My kids have many friends in the community. I would highly recommend this property to new families in the area. Lewis Park is close by with ice skating and a park and it is convenient to have a market and restaurants across the street.
