I'm very happy with Autumn Hills, we have a spacious 3 bedroom apartment. We relocated here from the cities and were very suprised at the affordability. The neighbors are friendly, peaceful and the management is so helpful and on top of things. My kids especially love it here because of the other children living on site or close by. Added bonuses are that pets are welcome and the buildings are secure and safe.

I lived here for 3 years.. When new management can in '07 the place started to turn around for the better. As long as you follow the rules of the lease, Management is amazing! They are wonderful people who really genuinely care about their HOME & RESIDENTS. Your right... There is always going to be some trouble in apartments. Expecially in a low income neighborhood... But management does everything in their power to make it a comfortable home for you and your family as long as you aren't causing any trouble!!! I would recommend these apartments to anyone... And I am deffinatly not a apartment person. I grew up on a farm and have always had my space.
JUST REMEMBER... This is managments home too & they want it to be CLEAN, QUIET, & SAFE just as much as everyone else!
They do a GREAT job for the clients that have been there. They have weeded most of the bad ones out... But like everything else... One bad client slips thru the cracks sometimes. GREAT JOB ~G.~ FAM!

This place has really changed in the last year since new management took over. They live on site and really care about the place and the residents! Finally a management team that actually has done something about this place.
