Apartment Review for Valley Manor Apts

When you rent the apartment with them , they are so cool , but when you leave the partment they try every thing possible to scam your safety deposite. The management is horrible. The lady in the management actually ripped a hook from the wall while I was out (she was showig the apartment to some one) and tried to take money from my safe deposite. The building looks extremely uglym, it is old and all the bathroom fixures are rotten and been goed out. Its a horrible place to live. I signed a three months lease and was thinking about getting into a two bedroom with them , after seeing the management, I decided to move some where else. In these apartment you have to pay for heat and electricity . While in others you just have to pay electricity. Its like the management dont want to pay a dime to do any thing convenient for the tennants. The laundry is even horrible. I would not recommend it.
