Apartment Review for Valley Manor Apts

I lived there for a year. The appliances are outdated. The paint is not good. They spot paint and you can tell because the paint doesn't match. Bathroom is outdated. Rooms are nice size. Lots of car break ins. Very rude members of management. Washer and Dryers never work. Maintenance guys very slow to respond to problems and steal! Rent at your own risk!
