Recently moved in and love it! ( over a year ago )
I just moved into Salem Green mid Feb and all I can say is YES! I was a little nervous at first from reading all the previous reviews, but I decided to give it a try and make my own judgement and I am very happy that I did. The office staff are the BEST! Attentive and genuine. I am not saying that Salem Green is perfect, because they have their set of problems and/or issues as other apartment complexes do, but they responded very quickly to any issue or problem that I've had since moving in, and they have been very minor problems. I would recommend this complex to anyone that enjoys being around people, because this is a very social apartment complex! This is the first time I have lived in a complex that the neighbors speak to you when they see you! Also, they have really cool events for the residences periodically, for instance, just a couple weeks ago, they served their residents a continental breakfast just to welcome Spring! IT was great, coffee, pastries, fruit and juice! They put a smile on my face and filled my tummy! I like living here so much that I referred a friend and she is moving in next month!!! Last note, they have a GREAT referral bonus!!!!!

I lived here for about two years and am only moving because we can't afford it anymore - I would love to stay. Big apartments, nice office staff, great fitness center and two pools. I don't know any of my neighbors well but everyone in the building seems nice.
I don't really have any complaints...I occasionally hear my neighbors, but that's about it and that's to be expected at any apartment!

The building I live in is not warm enough, they keep the heat at a very low level and don't want to increase. The garage door was broken for three weeks before they fixed it.

I lived at Salem Green for a year with an old HS buddy and we both thought this place was a great place to live. Solid concrete construction made the place virtually noiseproof. Mannagement and staff were fast to respond to any concerns or problems and the place was kept very clean and orderly. I would recomend this place to anyone interested in renting. <P>

The staff at Salem Green is quite accommodating and helpful--from the staff in the front office to the maintenance workers and caretakers. I recently transferred from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom midway through my lease term, and I had no troubles. In fact, the staff helped make my move even easier. All maintenance issues I encountered have been handled quickly and professionally. The grounds are always kept quite clean, as are the common areas. Nights can be a bit noisy on the parking lot side of the buildings, but the lakeside is quiet and tranquil. Salem Green goes out of its way to make its renters feel like their apartment is their home.
