Urine/Fecal stains... Per management thats normal wear/tear ( over a year ago )

I asked for the carpet to be changed due to a large urine/fecal stain when I moved in. I was told this was normal wear and tear... (I don't have any pets). Add to this the appliances either don't work or if they do, they are so loud you want to leave for peace and quiet. Once you sign the contact its... "oh we are sorry" and you can forget about your request. Avoid this place like the plague. This is first such posting I have ever made but the lack of integrity was too astonishing for me to stay quite.

I moved in to Arbor Glen over 2 years ago and I have had great response to work orders. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Move in today!

Susan Perkins has come to Arbor Glen and turned this place around. She is the best manager we have had here in many years. Very clean, well maintained apartments. Great place to live.

the last place we lived in would be considered a total **** hole,when my husband and i came across arbor glen we were blown away on how the property looked, the units looked very nice and the leasing office staff was by far the best we have dealt with. its nice to come home and relax and not worry about hearing your neighbours music or hearing their tv . its a peacefull place to call home. <P>

Arbor Glen Staff is great and I'm not just being nice. The apartments are nice as well. I always feel safe here and it is pretty quiet. The only neighbors I hear are the ones above my apartment on rare occasion. One thing that could use improvement is the business center (2 computers and one dosen't work). As far as the other reviews, it must be the building you live in. Mine is attached to the leasing office. Great place to live, I would suggest it. <P>

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and haven't come across the problems that the other ratings were saying. I live in a different building then they do, so I guess it depends on the building to which you live in. I work in law enforcement and have found the security of the building to be as good as that of any other apartment complex I have lived in while living in the Minneapolis metro area. The community is very nice and the only thing that really sucks is the commute if you work downtown. 94 in the morning and the evening can be a bear to deal with if you don't have much patience or are in a hurry. The staff here are friendly and I have never really had any problems with them. I will be moving out soon to relocate out of the cities, but would definately recommend living here to any friend or family member looking for a place in as nice of a community as Maple Grove. <P>
