Apartment Review for 316 On The Park Upi

I can pretty much guarentee you will be miserable the entire time you live in a UPI property. You will never get any help from the office (on top of their extreme unprofessionalism) and the maintenance line is pretty much a joke. I have been battling for over two weeks to get my heat up to code, in addition to struggling just to get it turned on. I have worked with members of the city, community services and housing services to learn my rights and appropriate actions and I wish this upon no one else. If you pay your rent you deserve to live in a place that gives you the respect you deserve, you won't get it from UPI. Do not rent from UPI, I know many other tenants who would agree!
