The location is right off Franklin and Bryant, perfect for anyone who wants to live in the Wedge area. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing about this place. The building includes underground parking, which is great for the Wedge area, but there is absolutely no security in the garage. A woman was attacked while leaving the garage and multiple cars were broken into. In May the management promised to install security cameras in the garage. It is now September, no cameras were installed and as karmic justice, a trailer the property manager rented was stolen from the garage. Also, the garage floods every time it rains.
The price is fair, $650 for one bedroom, but beware as you get what you pay for. The company that owns the property will not invest any money into the building. For example, in the beginning of July our air conditioner broke down, we reported it to the management immediately and as of September the air conditioner is still not fixed. The appliances are old, the carpet is gross, and the wiring is outdated. I should also mention that my stove has not worked properly since the day I moved in. When I first complained, the management acted immediately to fix it. But after their fifth attempt did not work, they stopped trying. End result, I bought a hotplate.
For anyone who wants to live in the Wedge area, stay away from this place, it is not shabby chic, it is pure shabby crap.
