This property is exceptional. The amenities are luxurious and the gym located on the compound is very convenient. However, the major unnerving leasing office leaves much to be desired professionally. Get absolutely everything IN WRITING. They are experts at making promises and assurances...until you sign your lease(read your lease carefully as every time I've noticed sloppy mistakes)...and then the customer service virtually stops. In negotiating rent, it has been my experience that the leasing agents try to confuse a renter by treating the parking & gym membership, cable t.v., etc...as an extra charge in addition to rent...after you agree on a rental amount. This tactic has worked for them. AIMCO owns this property and the current management is not monitored as it should be. They do whatever they like and the renters be damned. Unfortunately, each lease must be negotiated every year and they increase the rent substantially...so try to get an initial lease for 2-3 years right off the bat. They are very tricky. The leasing office receives commission on the apartments so their primary concern is to charge as much as possible. This is a nice apartment building and location but, deal with the leasing office and concierge as little as possible. Maintenance is good but, it must be as it is highly monitored by AIMCO.
