I feel like I have moved to India. About 95% of the building is from their, and they all seem to know one another. Consequently, they go back and forth on the elevators visiting one another, ALL THE TIME. The elevators are slow and half the time NOT WORKING anyway, which makes it all the harder to get anywhere you are going. And, they are ALL EXTREMELY noisy and inconsiderate. If you ask them to keep it down, they TOTALLY ignore you, and feel that they have EVERY RIGHT to be as noisy as they please. I think they also have about 10 people to an apartment, which half or more are not even on the lease. The management office seems to be afraid to confront them with issues when you complain, I don't have a clue why. Unless you LOVE NOISE, and EXTREMELY slow elevators, forget this place. Also, they raise your rent about $50 every year (at least), besides paying for building utilities, and they have the heat in the building turned up to about 80, so you can figure in the winter paying about $100 extra for the building utilities, BESIDES your own Xcel bill!
