When I first saw City Limits I thought it would be a good place to live because it was close to Richfield. I was only in my apaetment for 17 day when I saw my first rat. I called Barbera and told her that I had Rats in my apartment. To my shock she said oh no their mice. I asked if I could just cancelle my lease and she keep my deposit if I could just move. She said no we will fix it. They came out and plugged some holes. About 2 weeks later I saw mice again but this time they brought friends roaches. I called Barbera again. She said i would just have to call them twice a month to take care of it. The problems was that only a hand full of people was complaning about roaches and they would only treat the apartments that complaned. For the mice I had them until the day I moved. They would plug the holes and the mice would eat threw them again. It was hell living there. I hope one day the city will close them down.
