My wife and I moved here after living in older, cheaper buildings elsewhere in the city and have learned that it is worth every penny! GREAT management: always available, helpful, respectful. The building itself is very new (6 years old, there is also the old factory that has been renovated) and in perfect condition. Huge windows let in ample light all day long, no matter what direction you face. If they had 3 or 4 bedrooms I could stay forever.
