I've lived here for three years and the level of service has continued to stay strong. The building is in such a great spot, its so easy to go downtown or to the river. The history of this neighborhood and the city it self is in the air. I'm impressed with all the people and talent that continue to choose this as there home. Management has been fantastic, they really care and are down to earth. Its definately not a hard sell, the units are great! Plenty of closet space, big windows, exposed duct work, high ceilings. I love this community and plan on staying for a while.
