Review for Dinnaken House Apartments

While attending the U of M, I rented this place with 4 other girls. It was two bedrooms and 1 bath, and the bedrooms were tight quarters to say the least. The apartments are furnished, but we brought in our own furniture anyway because the livingroom stuff was gross and hard as rocks. The walls are "brick", but we could hear our neighbors all the time, day and night, even if they were just listening to the radio or watching TV at normal levels.

I paid $400 a month plus utilities to share a room, and it was all for the convenience. Walk to school, bus out front, campus bus stop down the block. Overall, a good place for students, but not much better than a dorm.
