DO NOT RENT from these people! Steve Frenz is the ultimate slumlord. The short version of my story is that the building I lived in was spiraled down in 3 years like you cannot believe. The people he let move in, drunks peeing in the halls on the carpet...you get the picture? Called the housing inspector several times for NUMEROUS repairs he wouldn't make. Finally moved out but he tried to tell prospective landlords I was a bad tenant simply because I wanted things to work. I put my rent into escrow at one point to protest what he was doing. Save yourself the headache. And his comglomeration continues to grow. He is buying bp everything in town. Stay away.
