JAS didn't even care when I "walked in" on a prostitute giving some crackhead a blowjob in my hallway- behind the security door! I wrote a letter to the head honcho and everything. Also, my bike was stolen, car window smashed and car stereo stolen while living in a JAS neighborhood (which are all the worst parts and way overpriced). They raise the rent every year by an astounding rate! I was moving out in May and they started showing my apartment in March! And expected me to leave so they could show it at a drop of a hat! JAS is a greedy company! I second the guy that wrote the "slumlords" review.
