I've been in my apartments at JAS for over three years and I'm still happy here. The building is old (i like the look) but my kitchen was redone before I moved in (i love that). I have a dog and must have called 10 places that wouldn't take her. the leasing girl from JAS was real cool about it. Once I had to call for maintenance (a washcloth went down the tub drain) and the guy came over that day-no big deal. My neighbor has been here even longer than me and he was helpful when I moved in, sometimes even walks my dog when I have to work late!
