I've only lived here a few months but right now I dont have a working oven or bathroom sink. the fridge broke last week and I called emergency maitnence because my food was rotting and they took 5 hours! I lost like 150$ worth of food. the maitnence guy fixing our front side walk has the front door blocked with his ladder and equipment so we havent got our mail in like 5 days, and he didnt care whenI told him that. I love the apartment, its the cutest place i've ever lived. I don't have the problems I heard others have with drug addicts or homkeless people. I have the opposite problems. the nieghbors are snobbish and unfriendly and one actually complain that I walk too loud/ I'm 115 pounds! I walk very normal, should I stop walking around my home? when we saw the place they said we could have a dog and didn't say it mattered what kind. so we put down a non refundable 300$ deposit on the place. moving day comes, all our stuff is packed and the new tenant is ready to move into our old place. we go to sign the lease and they have a whole ignorant list of dog breeds you can't have, including our dog. so we lied of course, we had no choice.our stuff was on the curb, we paid alot of money on the place already and wouldve been homeless until we found somewhere new to go. plus they actually changed the lease after we signed it. its overpriced too.
