Traffic noise is unbearable so you can't open your windows. There is no air circulation so summers are hell. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor fart. Mold comes throw the paint. Panhandlers hang out at the front door. Homeless people sleep in the laundry room. Parking is nonexistent. Management and maintenance work 10-5 with no emergency number so you had better not have a problem. Residents throw fire crackers at cars from their windows. Rumors of drug sales in building. Loud car stereos rattle your windows. Half way house for sex offenders blocks away. Gay Pride weekend is hell with lots of traffic and noise.
