Don't ever apply here. When I applied they told me my security deposit was refundable if I decided not to move in. One week later I decided not to move in (this is still months out from my moving date), and they refused to refund my $300. They lied to me and took my money unfairly. They are not fair business people - if this is the way they treat applicants I can't imagine how they treat you after you've moved in.
