Living with UPI was the worst rental/housing experience I have ever had and that says a lot considering I once lived in a hut in the amazon!! They are pirates and will lie to your face, pretend their phones are cutting out so they can hang up on you, and blatantly disregard your conserns. The only good experience assoiated with UPI is when I took them to court and the judge called the slim ball owner a "disgrace and a criminal"....DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
