This has been quite possibly the worst experience in my adult life and wouldn't wish these apartments on my worst enemy. There have been several maintenece concerns over the last year and only one of them has been addressed, half-assed at that. I could write a ten page paper on all the problems I have had here but I won't I will simply say that the management are all liers, and will contradict themselves in the same breath, like you're as retarded as they are, in fact its not even fair to retarded people to use that name for them. The upi building that I live in is in West Bloomington in a nice neiborhood, and is a total disgrace, I feel sorry for the parents that have to drop thier kids of at the daycare that shares a parking lot with us. Mice, cockroaches, garbage, grafiti, crime, fires, unresolved maintenance concerns and imbred staff, thats upi in a nut-shell and the one person that gave them a good review is either a liar or has never lived in one of these buildings.
