If I didn't make improvements to my apartment, they'd never be made. This company only cares about charging as much as possible for rent and not taking care of their properties.
I love the location, I love being connected to everything, including the lakes, but I don't love having the same responsibility for my home as someone who actually has *equity* in the property.
... And forget about having the heat turned on until the complaints mount. It has been under 40 degrees for the last three days and the heat still hasn't been turned on.
