She (Diane) is also very nosy, and will impose herself on the residents if you make yourself known. Her husband is a lawyer, and they make a practice of cutting corners and cheating the residents of security deposits. They also lied about the lease agreement, as they would not accept a 60-day notice to vacate, indicating they needed 61 days,even though the lease stipulated 60. They will charge you $35 per room + $25/ hour for dust, and the same additionally for dirty baseboards, despite ordinary wear-and-tear being covered by property managers in a typical lease agreement. The landlord is also spiteful, as she threatened to tow our Uhaul at 5pm on the last day of our lease, even though we technically had until midnight that night according to our agreement.
