Apartment Reviews for Dean Terrace - Minneapolis

I lived here for three years and I loved my apartment and the location. I had garage parking which is necessary in this area. The caretaker, Steve, at the time was a drunk, dope smoking, guy who did not do his job. He was often seeing partying outside with some of the tenants. If he has left this might not be a bad place to consider renting. The owner did such a poor job of managing the property, his family forced him out and brought Gustafson management in. They were slightly better than the family member but the caretaker made living there unpleasant.
