Apartment Review for Gaar Scott Historic Lofts

The management was AWFUL! They were horrible about returning calls. they never answered their office phone. My car got broken into when i lived here and i had a peeping tom (he climbed up on the awning out side and peered in my 2nd story apartment). Management didn't seem the least bit concerned about either of these. they claimed to have security, but i didn't see them once in the year i lived there. be warned...same management at the Creamette Lofts. There were minor problems in my unit when i moved it, they still hadn't fixed them when i moved out. Good luck if you need anything fixed! <P>
