The Gaar Scott building offer newly renovated Minneapolis MN apartments in the Warehouse District. You will find beautiful loft styled apartments here and the entrance to the buildings is just breathtaking with exposed timbers and brick. There are also furnished apartments available that are used mainly for opera performers that stay anywhere from four to six weeks.

I love Gaar Scott, I have been a resident for over a year and while there are occasional issues they are pretty minor. I feel safe and love the location. Management is attentive; I only wish all the residents &/or visitors would respect the building. At times people have scratched or written on walls which I think is behavior that should cease by the time people are old enough to live on their own in an apartment.

Funny! my friend told me about this site and I knew the girl that gave the bad review and boy was she a piece of work. She was definately not a city girl. I've lived here for 3 years and I love the manager, she is super friendly and always has maintenance come within the day usually. They have after hours maintenance people that really know their stuff. My unit was perfect when I moved in and I feel super safe in this neighborhood. <P>
