Apartment Review for Oak Grove Properties

I moved in here a few months ago and I am so glad that I found this place! The building is clean, neat and quiet. Office staff have been VERY attentive and kind. All my inquiries were answered right away and with kindness. They even left a Christmas card under my door. The appliances are in top shape and they even offered to let me keep the a/c window unit left in there for next summer at no additional charge.

Parking in an issue anywhere in Loring Park, no matter what. They offer a permit spot in a lot next to the building for an additional charge. It's so great to have a guaranteed parking space every time I come home. This managment company even took the time to personally call me and leave a voice mail to warn me of towing in the lot during all of the snow plowing that had to be done. This was over and above in consideration and customer service! Parking for guests is a bit of an issue but if your friends don't mind walking a block or two to vist, you won't mind with all the other great reasons to rent here.
