Apartment Review for Oak Grove Towers

I would stay away from OGT mainly because of the site manager Brian Immerman. He is a SNAKE and will lie to your face and not even blink. The rest of the staff is pretty good but this guy can not be trusted. I signed a lease after he promised me that there was several visitor parking spots available. Shortly after I moved in he leased these parking spots to residence and there was no more visitor parking. The laundry room is filthy and the machines never work and are very expensive. The fitness room is disgusting! I have requested MANY times that they clean the equipment but it is still covered in sweat and dust. Smoking is a huge issue here too and one that I have complained about many times. Brian promissed me that the only place smoking could take place was in private apartments. Brian, along with other Oak Grove employees smoke in the building on a regular basis and when they smoke in the maintenace room the smoke comes into the fitness room. He will do nothing about it. <P>
Do NOT trust this guy. He is a total snake! I've met very few people in my life that are as nasty and untrustworthy as this creep. Sentinel management needs to can this bum before they get taken court.... I am surely considering it..... <P>
