This place has a very poor management.The management staff does not take care if any bugs r present and also they reject any requests made by the renters.Kathleen,the apartment manager is very rude and hard to deal with.It is not worth to lose ur peace of mind by paying more than enough money for such a lousy apartment.

Pros: Excellent location (near skyway), Free utilities, Cheap rent (for downtown), Fast and reliable maintainance, caring staff, good soundproofing in rooms.

Cons: Small rooms, NOISY busses outside, in one bedroom apts. the bedroom gets too warm b/c the AC unit is in the living room.

Pros:
The rent is cheaper than any other decent downtown rental that I found.
Pets allowed.
Maintenance is very fast.
Location is fabulous.
New concierge program is VERY helpful.
Quiet building.
Apartments and common areas are very clean and well kept-up.
Office personnel are helpful and friendly.
Laundry is very clean and reasonably priced.
All utilities are included.

Cons:
The building manager was the worse manager I have ever dealt with. She was extremely rude and unproffesional.
The apartments are quite small.
The neighborhood is very noisy.
There is almost no street parking, but you can get a cheap contract in the ramp attached to the building.
