Safety is an issue, security doors are consistently left standing wide open, which allows non-tenant individuals to come & go freely. Appearance is occasionally poor, not everyone practices cleanliness, specifically those with pets. Haley & the maintenance staff are friendly & professional but the management staff could use a lesson in customer service. Maintenance when something breaks is excellent but keeping the facility clean is an issue. Often animal poop, urine, and vomit are not cleaned for 24 hours, which is unsanitary. Condition of the unit was fine however the promise of repairs prior to move in were not kept. Noise level is horrible, individuals running through the halls all day & night, & stomping as if they were 500 pounds, & management indicates is something they cannot control. Children playing in the parking garages & parking lot! Who did I rent with Romper Room?
