The college town environment is populated with a variety of eateries like Tea House, Caspian Bistro Restaurant, Stub and Herb's that is known for their great beer selection. The area is also enriched with the Weisman Art Museum, the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, and the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden - all prime destinations for weekend trips with the family. One tenant was impressed by the views from the building and the sound-insulated apartments.
