Apartment Review for Windom Gables Townhomes

We moved in 2007. I was so excited because of all the space. However, the children in the neighborhood are delinquent and like to tag property, play with the gas grills, and break things. We are now moving out early. My basement flooded so many times I can't count. I think I complained about water over 14 times. The upstairs appliances, showers, sinks all flooded the basement. I don't know how many times I woke up to an over flowing toilet, clogged shower, or basement with water pouring out of the walls.
They never fixed anything.
There is a HUGE security risk in the area. Cars get broken into, drug addicts live in an abandoned house next door...it is not worth the headache. STAY AWAY!!!!
