I have lived at Emerald Pointe going on 2 years. The only reason why I moved into this apartment complext was the fact that they accept dogs of any breed. Since the 2 years I have been here, they have raised the rent each year, added an unfair monthly water fee, and based on comparables in the area, they are seriously lacking in upkeep. As of today, there are no plans to renovate any of the apartments. The overall heating system is not very functional (lack of heat in your apartment). I have lived with a broken phone line after being told by the property manager that it cost too much to repair and repeatedly asking to have it repaired. Most of the carpet in the apartments should be replaced due to being worn out.

I have lived at Emerald Pointe for 3 years. I absolutely love it. You have the privacy of your own apartment, with a beautiful wood burning fireplace to greet you on a snowy winter night in Minnesota. The majority of the resident's I know are family. If you needed help, you would have alot people that would be at your side. The maintenance staff is remarkable, both Dan and Jeff. They are always on top of the work orders. The office staff is tremendous. They will bend of backwards for you if possible, but stick to the rules that need to be followed when you have alot of families under one roof. Would I sign my next year lease, in a heart beat!!! I Love It..again, it's home.

The apartment themselves are good, they have been making improvements to the apartments. It's quiet people are friendly, the one thing though the mangers seem to get worse.
When I first moved in they were very friendly but now there has been turn around the office doors are always shut and it never seems they want to deal with the renters.
I would recommend the place it's the safest I've ever lived.
