If you want to pay rent and then pay extra for water and garbage, plus and extra fee if you pay for your water and garbage online, live here. Oh, by the way hot water heat, so if they say heat free, LOL...you pay for the water to heat your unit :-)! Management needs to be more courteous...extremely unfriendly!!
