Review for At The Lake Apartments

I have a brother who stays in these apartments and I hate going to visit him once you enter the apartments the office people watch you like a hawk to see where in the apartment buildins you are going and they make sure they see you leave. My brother says the Manager Gwen is really rude she talks to you like a child. He also states when he calls or goes to the office for any type of assistance they act like they are not concerned about the problem. He also states that Gwen acts like she is so concerned about the looks of her apartments but has not made a effort to make them worth living in, Cold showers have to be taken more than half of the time,the water is always turned off without notice, the heat barely works.The hallways and parking lot is filthy. The apartment would be a better place to live if they got new management and cleaned up the building. when he first moved in the bathroom was not cleaned and he needed new carpet and still to this day he needs to carpet.
