Review for At The Lake Apartments

The lake is nice, that is it. I moved in almost two years ago and between the noise, 6 fires, cops every night, no parking on the weekends, and the constant orange water it is hard to pick out anything other than the lake to be happy with. Management is new but they are extremely nosey. The managment is evicting people to suit there needs, section 8 housing may be out the window shortly. Not that that is a bad thing. With the renevations going on, the apartments that are new, are to attract new people and higher prices. which is the true reason that they are throwing the section 8 people out. Realistically they are getting rid of everyone that they see as a threat to these new people. It is illegal but they do it anyway. If you even look at them wrong your gone. Pretty shifty buisness but it is all for profit. Get new people in treat the old ones like dirt so they can redo the older apartments and raise prices. Very smart but the new people will still get the orange water, dirty hallway carpets and rude managers once they move in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEATH TRAP!!!!!! Unless you have renters insurance for the fires and like living dangerously.
