Still Cringe To Remember Living There In 2002

I moved there in winter and didn't smell the urine stench of the halls until warmer weather arrived. I liked the large living room. I couldn't use my balcony because so many close neighbors would routinely be on their balcony smoking with several other smokers. Management became unresponsive shortly after I moved into an apartment that needed many things fixed. I remember being told "you need more attention than most renters" but after reading the reviews, I know that was a lie. I paid $900 to break my lease and get out of there even though my health problems worsened from the stress of having to move again so soon. I simply couldn't sleep through the noise of my partying neighbors and was fed up with cold showers.
