Rented: From 2004 To 2006

I wouldn't be surprised if they were. I moved out and after four people spending hours cleaning the place was spotless and they still took $50 out of my deposit for "cleaning." I knew they charged a fee for shampooing automatically but I have yet to figure out what there was to clean since all my things were gone and I even pulled out the refrigerator and stove to clean behind them. They will find every opportunity they can to c heat you out of money. Do not live here. The owner of this building is only interested in the bottom line. This place is a DUMP. Don't live here. Ever.

I would also like to say that I was not too chicken to complain that something was wrong in my apartment. I was angry because it took a ridiculously stupid long time for ANYONE to respond. Respect is not a factor if you are a tenant of At the Lake. If you would like to write me, I have included my email and I am, frankly, not afraid of the legions of ignorami that run that place.
