Not A Good Place To Live

Rented: From 2005 To 2005

I was lead to believe and assured that this was a good neighborhood before signing the lease. They will show you a model town home and state that yours will be comparable or even better the one you are viewing. This is not the case. I townhome was run down and when the town home became humid it smelled really bad. Some of the neighbors like to party, there are teenage children running around all hours of the night with loud music coming out of their cars. The police make frequent visits, drug activity (when I lived there, the swat team was called in for a drug raid) which then forced me to look for other living arrangements. Teenage children are allowed to reside there even when there has been multiple complaint regarding their unruly activities and hostile behavior. DONT think you will be able to enjoy yourself at the pool, because it is taken over by children who love to swear.

IT TRUE like the previous person wrote, if you choose to leave even if you are forced to because you in fear for you childrens safety they will come back asking for your promotion rent to be paid. This of course is not made real clear as your quickly signing over the lease addendum.
