Review for Bass Lake Hills Townhomes Apartments

I have lived here since Nov. 2005, It was okay for the first few months. The real issues started when I called to tell them my washer and dryer continued to over heat, it took 5 calls before someone came out to look at them, by then everything worked again. They came out 5 times before they decided to replace my washer, but still have not replaced my dryer which continues to overheat. Also my garage has flooded 3 times and they have not came out 1 time to look at it. I have found ants in my place on 3 occasions and finally we think they killed all of them and sealed the areas from where they came in at. Also the neighbors are rude and play their music so loud it rattles my wall. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor talk on her phone. The pool is nice and the hot tub is a joke, it is barely warmer than the pool. It is so hard to find any parking close to your place. I could complain for hours about this place. I cannot wait for my lease to expire in May.
