Review for Bass Lake Hills Townhomes Apartments

We lived their for 1 year and couldn't wait to get out. Like all the previous tenants mentioned, the wall are extremly thin. You can everything going on next door. We also had one terrible neighbor who fought constantly with her teenage son between the hours of 2-4 am. Had to call the cops several times. We did notify managment about the situation and their answer was to call the cops when we thought it necessary. Well, we did and nothing changed. They also had a dog that crapped right on their outside "padio" and in the summer time we couldn't open our slider or go sit out there because it stunk so bad. Anytime when it would rain it would leak into our bedroom and we had to place towels to soak it up. They came once to attempt to fix it with caulk but it would still leak. We were fortunate enough to get all new carpet and vinyl before we moved in. The people before us totally trashed the place (no surpise their). Our unit was very small, even for a small family of 3. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Keep looking and check this website more before you sign a lease!!!!!
