Apartment Reviews for Fernbrook Townhomes - Plymouth

After Stuart Mgmnt was bought out by At Home Apts. Its been awful in every which way. After signing our lease we were told water, and garbage was covered. Now a year later and with the new mgmnt we are now being charged for something we were told was covered? If only that was the worst of it. My husband & I recently gave our notice to vacate due to being sick of the problems in the community with cops all over all the time and for the amount of rent we pay, its SO NOT WORTH IT! Now it seems they call us everyday to schedule showings without a 24 hour notice. We feel pushed out of our own home constantly with 2 children. They tell us when they are coming, with no exceptions. We have been perfect tenants, paying our rent on time each month and never caused any trouble. You would think that would have atleast earned us some respect. They don't care about their current residents, even though we have been here 2 years. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. Its been such an awful experiance I would just soon like to forget. We move the beginning of next month and its not soon enough!
