Apartment Review for Four Seasons Villa

I live in the 3601 building and the place is a nightmare. There has been a pipe leak in the 1st floor hallway 3 times in the past year. The caretakers don't soak up the water stained carpet with s shop vac, they use a humidifier. Seriously! With heave rain this year 2012, there was a ceiling leak at the south entrance of the building. The ceiling collapsed and you can see the black mold on the ceiling clear as day. They fixed the roof but did not treat or replace the moldy ceiling, they just covered it up with more new ceiling. The hallways smell worse than a boys gym locker. Police here just about every week. Secured entrances not so secure as people break them and all. So I do not feel safe and I have a young child. The property manager is far worse. Not a people person at all and is very judging. Do not move here whatever you do. Avoid any property owned by Gary Brummer.
