Review for Four Seasons Villa Apartments

I moved in here a little over 2 years ago. In that time I have had so many issues and problems and I really don't feel safe anymore. There is never enough parking and I work late faily often, so when I do get home I have to walk a ways to get to the door. More than a couple times a week I come home past midnight to find the main door propped open. This makes me feel extremely unsafe. Yes, there's an outdoor pool but you'll never get to swim in it cause people will sneak in there that don't live there or bring their 10 kids and let them run around and scream and cry. I had my car towed from the parking lot because they said it hadn't moved in 3 days. Very upsetting, especially considering I sometimes work from home and they have my liscence plate # on file so they could have just called me if it was a problem. The staff does a good job in handling the type of people that live there. But I think that spending a little bit more money to feel safe is totally worth it. As far as maintenance, it took two summers of me having a window unit a/c from 1979 that didn't work and me calling a bunch for them to replace it. The first time they just replaced it with an even older model! I am so excited to move and not hear every single thing my neighbors do!
