Good Caretakers...Bad Place To Live!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite the hard work of the caretakers (and they are the nicest people), this place is a hellhole. What do expect with the tenants they have? This is plymouth, but believe me when i tell you you might as well be living in north mpls. Parking is the worst EVER of any apt i have lived at. The noise...wow. It is loud, everyone smokes pot and has parties, management could care less about it. I regret this place so bad, and i am relieved to be in a place now where i can get some fucking sleep! DONT MOVE HERE!!!
