Review for Manor Royal Apartments

I found Manor Royal online and moved here from FL without even getting to look at the place. We have had nothing but trouble from this place. The management is horrible. They like to threaten and bully us. The notes they leave in doors are so rude. The garage is HORRIBLE with leaking pipes. I have had leaks above me and my shower go out in my apartment. The water is always being turned off for some reason or another. The pool doesn't appear to ever get cleaned and the temperature is either really warm or really cold. My neighbors keep letting there dogs use the bathroom where there not supposed too. I wasn't allowed to have an item on my patio because it wasn't patio furniture (it was a cooler). But other people can have propane tanks, large non-patio chairs, Christmas lights all year round. They treat those that live on the 169 side different then those that live on the Lancaster lane side. I would say the only good thing about this place it they allow dogs and cats. That is hard to find in an apartment but if I could find another place to stay with my animals even if it meant paying a little more I would do it in a heart beat.
