This apartment doesn't have any security system at all.They have residents vandalizing property, stealing things from the garage and they can or do not never catch them.

I disagree with this review. I have been a resident at Oakwood for about 7 months now and I have found it a very safe place to live. There are almost never crimes reported in this neighborhood, it makes sense since our closest neighbor is a church. Also, there is a lot of security here, all the doors need a key to gain access to the building and the garage needs a special garage remote, so I can see no way of people getting in without the proper keys. I believe that Oakwood is a very safe place to live and I have enjoyed my stay here so far.
