I could list the several things wrong with this place but I will just highlight a few. I moved in exactly 1 year ago and am moving out now. Maintenance is horrible. They 'patch' up the job but don't fix it. Office staff hides a lot of illegal activity taking place on site. i.e. a lot of pot smoking. If you are there longer than a year, your rent will be raised. Tenants are rude and inconsiderate. A lot of vacant units should tell you something. Run down buidling. A/c's breaking. Heat not working. Hallways stink. The list goes on and on and on.
